New Customer Developments

Once again the staff at RANAC has been looking at ways we can provide more services to our clients. A few years ago we made available on-line training, so if you cannot visit our offices when we host training sessions, you can always hookup on-line. Recently, the staff suggested a couple of other ideas that your practice may find helpful simply by accessing our website at www.ranac.com. We are adding topical news articles and “Tip of the Week.”

Our staff is constantly reading and perusing information from the web, printed material and attending seminars. Because we are a billing company as well, we too are interested in the issues facing medical practices today and into the future. As a result, we will be posting more timely articles on our website. In addition to articles, the training staff suggested that a “Tip of the Week” be added. These may be tips that can help you use your system more effectively and perhaps show you a better way to use your software. Between Lois, Lisa and Theresa you will find new tips updated weekly. Should you miss a tip for the week or you may want to look back at an old one, we will be accumulating the previous tips. Your feedback is extremely important. We are very interested in hearing if you have any suggestions. Please drop us an e-mail, letter or call with your ideas.

Besides these two new additions to the website, we are enhancing the Lead Program to make it easier and more lucrative for you. It is as easy as picking up the phone and letting us know who to call. For more details please see the article contained in this newsletter. This Lead Program applies to the staff and doctors equally.

Please take the time to review the enclosed articles. You will find information regarding 5010 testing, ICD-10 implementation, etc. all contained in this newsletter. All the news articles can be found at anytime on our website.
