Our customer support program has been researched and developed to ensure that a complete understanding of your needs is reached. Your comfort is one of our most important goals.

Your orientation and training occurs in phases, both at RANAC and in your office. We know that learning is best solidified during real situations and our support teams are well-versed in effective training methods.

After the extensive training phase, RANAC’s in-house support serves the day-to-day situations that may arise. Further training for the enhancement packages and upgrades is also offered when appropriate. Refresher courses and monthly scheduled training sessions, available at RANAC and on-line, complete the total RANAC support package.
